How does the pricing work?
Rechargly operates on a volume-tiered pricing model. The cost is determined by the number of clients set up for Recharging, with pricing decreasing as the volume increases.
Are there any additional fees?
There are no additional fees. The pricing includes all the features and services mentioned.
Can I pass on the processing fees?
By default, your firm absorbs processing fees. However, you can enable Payment fees surcharges, so you can pass on these fees to your clients.
What are the contract terms?
No minimum commitments, you pay as you go. For every new client that you actively bill through Rechargly, you'll be billed annually. If the client churns from your firm, a credit is applied.
What happens if a client leaves our firm?
If a client leaves your firm, you will be refunded, or a credit will be added to your account.
